1. Introduction

Welcome to garuda138. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and garuda138 ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the garuda138 website at https://garuda138.cam, including all content, features, games, payment facilities and services made available therein (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or by simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" — the individual registered profile created by a User to access the Platform's Services.

• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which monetary values are expressed throughout this document unless otherwise stated.
• "Platform" — the garuda138 website, including all pages, games, betting markets, payment interfaces and support channels accessible at https://garuda138.cam.
• "Services" — all products, features and facilities made available by garuda138, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots and lottery.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or resultant winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of eligible funds from a User's Account to a verified personal payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility criteria apply to all garuda138 Users:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant or immediate family member of garuda138 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not currently hold or have previously held an Account that was suspended or permanently closed by garuda138 for a breach of these Terms.
• You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

garuda138 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of garuda138 Services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including, at a minimum, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and preferred payment method details. garuda138 reserves the right to verify any and all information provided during registration.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on garuda138. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, garuda138 may, at its sole discretion, close all associated Accounts, void pending wagers and forfeit any Bonus Funds contained therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. garuda138 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard these credentials. You must notify garuda138 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, garuda138 requires Users to complete a KYC verification process. Accepted identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with the garuda138 Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

garuda138 supports a range of Malaysian and international payment channels including Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Credit and debit cards as well as select cryptocurrency assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin) may also be available. The availability of specific methods is subject to change without advance notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified by a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited immediately for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions; FPX and bank transfer deposits may require up to 15 minutes to reflect.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. All outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be completed before the withdrawal of any related balance. The standard withdrawal target is under 60 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels, subject to successful KYC verification and internal security checks. garuda138 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by the User's bank or payment provider.

5.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal. Indicative ranges are RM30 to RM30,000 per transaction for standard bank and e-wallet methods. garuda138 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks to transactions above stated thresholds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Promotional Terms

All bonuses, cashback offers, free credits and promotional incentives offered by garuda138 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotional page and these Terms, the promotional page terms shall govern the specific offer, while these Terms shall govern all other matters.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20). This means the qualifying bonus amount must be wagered that number of times before the bonus balance or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement necessitates RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, a maximum single-wager limit applies. The applicable cap is stated in each promotion's specific terms but is typically in the range of RM250 to RM500 per wager. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant offer, commonly 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements within the stated validity window will be removed from the Account without replacement.

6.5 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate, commonly 10% to 20%. Sports pre-match and in-play wagers may be subject to minimum odds requirements. The exact contribution rates applicable to a specific promotion are stated in that promotion's terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on garuda138 and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Malaysian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or other non-human access methods to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or any form of coordinated wagering designed to circumvent risk controls.
• Facilitating, encouraging or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use the Platform.
• Using third-party payment accounts or payment cards not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Sharing Account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to operate your Account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the garuda138 Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, interface design, software, game logic, game names, logos, trademarks and service marks (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of garuda138 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Platform Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, sold or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of garuda138.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, garuda138 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a User's gambling decisions, game outcomes or reliance on odds or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Interruptions to Service caused by third-party payment providers, internet connectivity issues, bank maintenance windows or force-majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or related to the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Responsible Gambling

garuda138 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling on the Platform must be treated as entertainment with an acknowledged financial cost — it must never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on incoming deposits.
• Loss Limits — daily, weekly or monthly thresholds that, when reached, suspend betting activity for the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — notifications that alert Users after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off Periods — voluntary temporary Account restrictions lasting from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-exclusion — a longer-term Account closure covering a minimum of six months, extendable to permanent exclusion on request.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by garuda138

garuda138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage access or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its Users.

11.2 Closure by the User

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting garuda138 support. Closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations and repayment of any negative balance. Remaining real-money funds will be returned to the User's verified payment method following closure, less any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure, whether initiated by garuda138 or the User, all pending promotions, Bonus Funds and accumulated loyalty points are forfeited. Obligations arising under these Terms, including dispute resolution and data retention obligations, survive Account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

garuda138 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the registered email address or by prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven calendar days from publication.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which garuda138 holds its operating licence. Users located in Malaysia acknowledge that it is their responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable Malaysian legislation and any other local laws that may apply to online gambling in their location.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
